Y Your Ops Agent
What it does

Every job it can take off your plate.

Real examples, no jargon. The standard set is in every plan. Extras can be switched on or off whenever you like.

Included in every plan

Quotes

Tell it the job and it produces a branded quote (your logo, your details, numbered) as a PDF in the chat.

You: quote for Mrs Patel, replace the back door, £850 plus VAT
It: Here's Q-14, £850 + VAT = £1,020. Add a line for disposal?

Invoices

Job done? Say so. The quote becomes an invoice with the next number and your bank details on it.

You: Patel job's finished, invoice it
It: INV-1042 raised for £1,020, due in 14 days.

Chasing unpaid invoices

Polite reminders drafted at 7, 14, 21 and 30 days overdue. You see each one before it goes.

It: INV-1038 (Dave Green, £340) is 14 days overdue. Here's a friendly nudge. Send, Tweak or leave it?

Keeping track of jobs

Every job you mention gets a card: address, customer, what's agreed, what's happened.

You (voice note): Elm Road's done, need two more hinges for Smith's Thursday
It: Elm Road marked complete. "Order 2 hinges" added to Smith, due Thursday.

Morning catch-up

A short message first thing: what's on today, what's overdue, what you asked to be reminded about.

It, 6.30am: Two jobs today (Smith 9am, Bell 2pm). Hinges still to order. One invoice 7 days overdue, reminder drafted.

Weekly summary

Every Monday: what you quoted, invoiced, what's owed, what's coming up.

Facebook posts

A photo and a line from you becomes a post in your voice. Approve it and it goes on your page.

You: [photo] new fencing at Bell's, turned out mint
It: "Another garden sorted 🙌 New fencing for a lovely family in Washington…" Send, Tweak or Re-run?

It can see and hear

Send a photo of a delivery note, a receipt or a handwritten list and it reads it. Send a voice note from the van instead of typing.

Extras switch on any time

Review requests from £30/mo

Job done? It drafts a friendly email asking for a Google or Facebook review with your links already in. You approve, it sends.

Reminders & renewals from £15/mo

Appointments, deadlines, and the once-a-year things that bite: insurance, MOT, Gas Safe, certificates. They land in your morning catch-up.

You: remind me van MOT due 14th October
It: Done. I'll flag it from the 7th.

Pricing helper from £25/mo

Put your rates in once (per square metre, per hour, per item) and it works prices and margins out for you. Snap a photo of the job and it'll price that too.

You: [photo of a shopfront] sign for this, 3m wide
It: 3m × 0.6m panel at your rate is £180. Add fitting?

Branded image maker from £40/mo

Describe a graphic and it makes one with your logo on, ready to post: an offer, "open bank holiday", a before-and-after.

Show-me help from £30/mo

Stuck with a machine, a part, an error light or a form? Send a photo and it talks you through it step by step.

Keeping an eye on rivals from £30/mo

Give it a few competitor names and every couple of days it quietly checks what they're up to and gives you a short note. Read-only, never contacts anyone.

Prices are guide prices per month on top of your plan; we confirm the exact figure before anything's switched on. Add an extra and it's billed that month; remove it and it stops next month.

On the way

Built when a client needs them, one at a time: Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok posting · receipts and supplier invoices filed from a photo · quote follow-ups · hours logged per job · staff rota · bookings · Xero and QuickBooks · reading your CRM (Pipedrive and similar) so it can tell you who to call · your website updated from a chat message.

What it will not do

Send anything without your OK. Give legal or accounting advice (it does the paperwork and the sums; you keep your accountant). Go into your email or your bank. Make things up: if it doesn't know a price or a detail, it asks you.

Try it on your own jobs for two weeks.
