Do I need to learn anything?
No. If you can send a WhatsApp, you can use it. It lives in Telegram, a free app, and you just talk to it.
Will it send something embarrassing to a customer?
It can't. Anything going to a customer, a supplier or the public is shown to you first with a Send button. You can change the wording or bin it.
Will it sound like a robot?
You tell us how you talk when you set it up. Blunt, friendly, a bit of banter, whatever fits. It writes in your voice, not a generic one.
Is my business information safe?
It's stored securely in the UK/EU and kept completely separate from every other business using the service. Nobody at You Can Fly reads your chats. If you leave, we give you everything back and delete our copy.
What if it doesn't know a price?
It asks you. It never invents figures. Put your rates in once and it works prices out for you from then on.
Is it AI?
